We enter all your input into our unique “Bean-Matrix” and select the blend of coffee varieties from around the world that will match your Personalized Coffee Profile.
Then we carefully roast only ‘YOUR BATCH and BLEND’ of coffee beans, adjusting the amount of heat, fan levels, and drum speed, at various moments during that roast, to produce the unique characteristics you designed in your Personalized Coffee Profile.
Your new Personal Coffee Profile is given a unique UPC code so we can reproduce that exact roast for you again (repeat orders are discounted 15%). Design other profiles, and we’ll create your own Personal Coffee Chamber!
