The Roasting Process

 

Only the Best Beans.

Our coffee beans come imported fresh from only the best certified AA++ estates around the world. Each batch is visually hand inspected and any inferior beans are tossed out. Size matters. Beans from a single variety should be the same size throughout, no compromising! Peaberries are smaller and should be smaller. Guatemalan Maragogype are the largest and should be in our bean comparison. Mismatched they will roast differently and produce an unbalanced cup.

 

Roast it Right.

Small batch roasting is time consuming but also affords closer attention and contimenuity to each bean that is roasted. Customization to the customers request is actually achievable.
