Your Roast
We start with Fresh Roasting “Your” beans only in the amount you are ordering. We choose the coffee’s origins (variety) that will bring out the notes, tones, and nuances that you're looking for. We let the Fresh Roasted Steaming beans cool and rest, then vacuum seal the whole or pre-ground beans, or fresh grounds put in our unique custom K-Cups. There’s a special one-way valve that vents off the C02 and keeps out the stale air and odors outside the pod from entering in while the coffee “rests” in the pod, capturing all its aroma and flavor on its way to you! Talk about Fresh . . . you can’t get any fresher than that!
Your Grind
Your custom roasted beans are ground separately from all others. With our deeper, double filtered, Custom K-Cups, we can produce a finer grind than the cheaper mass produced ones you find at the supermarket or membership club stores. This allows more grounds, and more coffee surface, to fill the pod and deliver a more pulsating aroma and syrupy flavor. We also use a superior burr grinding process to give you consistency and subtle differences between grind levels that other methods fall short on delivering.
